Farer Venture- Three Hand Series III

The Venture blends metallic blues and a soft, crackled texture to create a watch that’s filled with intricate details. To achieve the Venture’s unique look, the dial is first pressed to give it its texture, then it is painted multiple times to create a smoky colour gradient that draws the eye towards the dial’s centre. A clear lacquer is then applied to the dial and polished to a glossy finish. As a result of this time-consuming process, the hour markers appear to float over the dial. They’re made from Lumicast, a blend of ceramic and Super-LumiNova, and are among the thinnest shapes ever to utilise the material. The pencil hands are painted a gloss blue and are also filled with Grade X2 Super-LumiNova. For a final touch, the blue seconds hand features a peach-coloured Farer ‘A’.
